About this Entry
Agathocles I downloaded this in that massive grab from alt.punk.bin. I remember talking to a guy at a punk show about them and him telling me how to properly pronounce the name. Recently I downloaded one of their CDs of which my favorite song is "Forced to Masturbate".

Agent Orange I really can't remember where or why I downloaded this. It might have been in some attempt to catch up on what I missed by spending my childhood in a basement, or it might have just ended up there with all the other shit, I really don't have a clue here.

AKA Pygmies My friend recommended these guys to me, but he was talking about another Pygmies I guess. These guys do classic african music, and are probably much better than whatever my friend wanted me to listen to.

Alison Krauss and Union Station I might be able to attribute this to Adelphia music station, but it might also have been one of my stupid attempts to make my oft repeated "I listen to everything" claim be true.

All This is one of the bands I learned about on the Adelphia music station. Then I bought one CD and eventually downloaded their discography on Oink.

Altered State I heard one of their songs "Where is Harrison Ford(Because this must be blade runner)" and went into a frenzied search for their music. Which was not limited to but included digging up their band leader's e-mail and e-mailing him, ultimately the search ended at EBAY.

Magic Music: The Adicts - Ode to Joy
I'm going to try to remember how I heard about the bands I have on my ipod, and possibly delete them or download new stuff as I go.

Anal Cunt: I'm pretty sure I ended up with them the one time I accidentally downloaded all of alt.punk.bin on to my mp3 player. Once I saw all the funny *lol* song titles I ordered I like it when you die through the local music shop, the girl gave me a funny look when I came to pick it up. Later I bought a t-shirt from sethputnam.com that no longer fits my fat body.

The Adicts: a girl I met on zefrank forums recommended this band to me, she had big jugs and would tell me outrageous lies. She would continue to randomly IM me or block me based over said outrageous lies.

My favorite was one time she said that someone tried to load her into a trunk in the middle of suburbia (I guess she was just on a walk) and no one would help her so she had to fight off the guy on her own. They all shared that parable structure, so I might have been instant messaging Jesus' second coming for all I know.

Aesop Rock: I downloaded this because it was reccommended to by by someone on Caltrops, later someone said it was safe music for white people and I haven't listened to it since, IMPRESSIONABLE!

Most of the bands on the ipod are from that fateful download of an entire newsgroup, but I'm sure I'll be able to dig up more anecdotes about them.

American Snap
I had a dream where I was visiting a compound over the weekend (it was a open house), and they had all these speeches and workshops. Then on Sunday I learned Doc Corbin Dart was going to speak (about how he was the messiah I think) on monday, and instead I went to work. This means I'm a sellout.

I dreamt that I got back my homework and the professor weighed the stuff I couldn't finish highly and therefore I got a bad grade. Odd that I'm dreaming again.

About this Entry
I went to the Derne St. Deli and had a roast beef sandwich, which I think was what prompted this dream. I spent 7.77(lucky) on it, and kind of realized I had little money.

When I slept that night I had a dream that I was at this absurd theme restaurant, I think it's theme was just being themed, kind of like Fridays but more austere. I got something simply and spoke with the waitress. Apparently they loved me so much that they insisted I buy one of their best meals and I remember them bringing it and not knowing if it was free or not. Then trying to decide if it was better just to overcharge than to cause a scene.
